At this time, we only accept online applications, please see the link above.  You may submit an application for one or both communities.  Please see the Application Criteria for more details.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application(s) must be submitted with the Application Fee to be processed.  The fee is currently $35.00 per application (subject to change).  You may pay the fee by EFT, credit card or debit card (processing fees may apply). You may pay by check payable to CSW Associates, 3807 Brandon Ave, Ste 245, Roanoke, VA 24018 OR bring your check or cash to this address during office hours. Receipt of the Application Fee will impact the timely processing of your application.
